Moldaw Singers Spring Sing Concert

A group of talented Moldaw residents will bring music to the public's ears when they put on quite a show at the Moldaw Singers Spring Sing Concert at Avenidas, the Palo Alto senior center. The group from Moldaw Residences will delight the audience with songs about spring including ''Younger than Springtime,'' ''April in Paris,'' ''April Showers'' and a medley from ''The Sound of Music.'' 85-year-old Linda Mankin who arranges the music and leads the group rewrote ''16 Going on 17'' from ''The Sound of Music'' and the Moldaw Singers' version is called ''60 Going on 70.'' The concert will take place on Wednesday, April 3 at noon at Avenidas, 450 Bryant Street in Palo Alto.
